Set in approximately 18,500 acres of hill ground, farmland and woodland, Dunlossit Estate is located towards the north east of the beautiful Isle of Islay, otherwise known as the ‘Queen of the Hebrides’.
Dunlossit Estate offer both boat and bank loch fishing and salmon fishing on the River Laggan.
There are seven lochs on Dunlossit and they all have a thriving stock of native brown trout. The main lochs are accessible by vehicles. There is a boat which has been specially adapted for use by wheelchair users and the infirm, available at Ballygrant Loch. The loch fishing season runs from March 15th to October 6th.
River, boat and bank fishing permits are available from the estate office. There is no fishing on a Sunday.
Dunlossit also offer red and roe deer stalking as well as wild game shooting.
